In order to ensure that we provide you with the best service possible, the exchange or refund policy is as follows:
The client has the right to exchange or refund the product in case it was damaged or has a manufacturing defect within a maximum of 24 hours from the date it was received from the shipping company. In this case, the shop bears the entirety of shipping expenses.
The client has the right to exchange or refund the product in case they receive a product other than the product they ordered from the shop (as long as the cellophane or the perfume bottle is not opened) within a maximum of 24 hours from the date it was received from the shipping company. In this case, the shop bears the entirety of shipping expenses.
The Client has the right to cancel the order if, and only if, this product was still in the shop's warehouse and was not handed to the shipping company yet.
In case the client wishes to exchange, refund or cancel the order in accordance with the above mentioned conditions (kindly contact is via WhatsApp on 0535855640) to send a claim and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
